Dome Skylight

The dome skylight is an innovative new design which incorporates a tubular venting system to allow passive ventilation to freshen all rooms particularly bathrooms, kitchens and hallways.

The dome skylight with Flexitube can be fitted into most roof space situations with no disruption to roof framing or air conditioner ducting. While the round diffuser looks attractive no matter what the room shape or ceiling angle may be. Installation, by a qualified tradesman, can be completed in approximately one hour.

There is a skylight suitable for every room in your home with throat sizes of 350mm, 400mm, 500mm and 550mm.

The dome has a aerodynamically designed profile to prevent wind noise and water build-up. The skylight looks neat on the roof.

The dome skylight is Western Australian designed and manufactured and has a 10 year Australian Guarantee on the components and a twelve months installer warranty when fitted by an approved installer.

 

Specifications...

Dome:

Transparent UV-stabilised grade 1 acrylic, fixed to upright with 4 screws. Double dome option available.

Top Frame:

Injection-moulded upright section using luran-s, UV-stabilised plastic.

Soaker Trays:

0.6mm pre-painted colourbond metal or zincalume flashing. Available to suit most common roof types.

Vent System:

A series of vent tabs can be used. Solid tabs can be substituted where full ventilation is not required.

Reflective Rings:

0.45mm mirror finish stainless steel is incorporated in the inside, top frame and lower end of the tubing, to catch light from all angels.

Flexi Tube:

Made from Sola-Film, a highly reflective ultraviolet-proof quadruple laminate, consisting of a double layer of reinforced glass fiber filament, yarn mesh aluminium metal foil. UL 181 rated.

Diffuser:

K-12 Prismatic acrylic.
Leadlight and dished diffusers available.
